"I'm going to get out of here before the numbers change on us."

I don't know where I come up with these things that make patients laugh and make my visits go well.

I had to go check up on a patient and their vitals, saw that they were great values and wrapped up my visit with "Well, I'm going to get out of here before the numbers change on us."  I wasn't expecting a laugh, but that's the highlight of my day.  That and having a team I enjoy being around.  It's been a pretty positive experience on the wards so far, and I'm thankful for that.
