Indecision, Indecision

I have a lot of free time to think about my future medical career, which is both good and bad.  The reason I'm thinking about it so early is just a lot of advice from other people, including some physicians I've talked to.  I'd also like to get a good idea of what I'd like to do so I can make a good CV during med school.

In no particular order of preference, I've thought about:
  1. Pediatrics
  2. internal medicine
  3. nephrology
  4. cardiology
  5. emergency medicine
  6. trauma surgery
  7. neurology
  8. anesthesiology
  9. ophthalmology
  10. endocrinology
  11. rheumatology
  12. hematology-oncology
  13. radiation oncology
  14. infectious disease
It's pretty crazy, and then you have to think about whether you'd want to work at a hospital, do private practice, see outpatients only, or do both inpatient and outpatient, hum.

I value time outside of work (I'm big on relaxing), would like to see my patients get well and improve, and I enjoy problem solving.
