I'm disillusioned with my medical training.  I was expecting to be around people who engage with you meaningfully to help you become a better doctor but 90% of my interactions are being checked on to see if I charted something a certain way or prescribed a certain thing yet.

My training feels like independent study when I feel like it shouldn't be, especially with critically ill patients.  But things won't change.  They've been this way for decades.
