Sometimes I feel like there is no passage of time and I'm just going to be feeling the same and living the same kind of life forever.

I wish I could hear the stories of more doctors and what they went through. I'd like to hear about doctors who left medicine too. 

I still feel sad and unfulfilled.  I feel like I'm still drifting, or out at sea at night, tired of using my oars, in a little boat that gets rammed by unseen things in the water. 

Never thought medicine would make me feel so empty. 

Maybe I need time off, like two weeks in a  row.
