Medical Spanish/Medical French

Hey readers, I thought I'd begin a series on Spanish and French that you would use in a clinical context.  I'll begin with the Medical Spanish series, and here are just a few phrases to get you started.  I'm a native speaker and I'd be happy to answer any spelling, grammar, or pronunciation questions.

Basic Phrases

Hello, how can I help you today?
Hola, como le puedo ayudar a usted?

Where does it hurt?
Donde le duele a usted?

How long has the pain lasted?
Por cuanto tiempo haz tenido el dolor?

What medications are you taking?

Cuales medicamentos estas tomando?

Have you had surgery before?
Haz usted tenido una cirugia en el pasado?

We must admit you to the hospital.
Tendremos que admitir usted al hospital.

I’ve made an appointment for you to see a specialist.

He hecho una cita para usted para ver un especialista.

Por favor regresa en dos semanas.

I hope that's of some help, there's plenty more to come and I'd be happy to answer any requests on content, grammar, spelling, and pronunciation.
